Personal Data Processing Policy

This Personal Data Processing Policy governs the processing of personal data on 2izi.ru and related 2IZI information systems.

The Policy is based on Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, Federal Law No. 149-FZ “On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection” and other applicable Russian legislation.

Personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, for specific legitimate purposes and without collecting data excessive to those purposes. Data accuracy, relevance and reasonable storage limitation are maintained.

The Controller may process data of website visitors, persons sending enquiries or requests, prospective and current clients and their representatives, users of restricted areas and other persons interacting with 2IZI through the website or related systems.

Depending on the scenario, data may include name, phone number, email, company and job title, enquiry or project description, contractual and accounting details, account identifiers, authentication and security events, IP address, request time, browser/device data, session identifiers, Cookie preferences and consent record identifiers, and other information voluntarily provided for the stated purpose.

The public website is not intended to collect special categories of personal data or biometric data.

Purposes include receiving and responding to enquiries, discussing and estimating digital projects, preparing proposals, entering into and performing contracts, mandatory accounting, administration of restricted areas, security and incident prevention, website operation, saving user preferences, analytics where legally permitted and enabled by Cookie choices, compliance with legal obligations, and protection of legitimate rights.

Personal data is not used for direct marketing communications without separate prior consent where such consent is required.

Processing may be based on consent, steps taken at the data subject’s request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests that do not override the rights of the data subject, or other grounds provided by Russian law.

Operations may include collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, lawful disclosure, anonymisation, restriction, deletion and destruction, by automated, non-automated or mixed means.

The Controller does not sell personal data. Limited access may be provided to service providers supporting hosting, email, backups, technical support, security, analytics and other necessary functions, subject to a lawful basis and appropriate restrictions. Disclosure to public authorities is made only where required by law. Cross-border transfers, if any, are carried out only after meeting applicable Russian legal requirements.

When personal data of Russian citizens is collected online, the Controller uses databases located in the Russian Federation for the recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating and retrieval required by Russian law, unless a statutory exception applies.

Data is retained only for as long as required for the relevant purpose, contractual relationship, statutory limitation periods and accounting, tax, archival or other legal requirements. Once the purpose or legal basis ends, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised within the periods required by law unless another lawful basis remains.

The Controller applies legal, organisational and technical measures appropriate to the systems used, including access controls, password protection, two-factor authentication for administration, logging, login rate limits, backups, software updates, protected communications and upload controls.

2izi.ru uses necessary Cookies and may use functional, analytics, marketing and personalisation Cookies depending on the user’s choices and enabled services. Details are provided in the Cookie Policy.

A data subject may request information about processing, correction, restriction or deletion where legally justified, withdraw consent, object where applicable, and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. Requests may be sent to hello@2izi.ru or the Controller’s postal address. Identity verification may be requested where necessary.

2IZI is primarily intended for adult users and business representatives. If data of a minor is found to have been provided without required authority, appropriate steps will be taken under applicable law.

This Policy may be updated when legislation, systems or processing practices change. The current version is published on 2izi.ru. Version date: 17 August 2026.

Translations are provided for convenience. For the application of Russian law, the Russian version is the controlling version to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Requests concerning personal data may be sent to hello@2izi.ru or to the Controller at 94 Krygina St., Vladivostok, Primorsky Krai, 690065, Russian Federation. A request should identify the applicant, provide a contact for reply, explain the relationship with 2IZI and state the requested action. Where necessary to prevent disclosure to an unauthorised person, the Controller may request reasonable proof of identity or authority. Requests are handled within the periods established by Russian personal data law.

If unlawful processing, loss of confidentiality or another personal data incident is detected, the Controller investigates the circumstances, stops the violation, limits possible harm, restores the security of the relevant systems and performs mandatory notifications where required by law. Where lawful processing cannot be restored, the affected personal data is destroyed within the statutory period.
