Consent to Personal Data Processing

By providing my personal data through 2izi.ru, a feedback form, email, phone, restricted area or another communication channel with 2IZI, I freely and knowingly consent to the processing of the personal data I provide by Individual Entrepreneur Ivan Sergeevich Rusakov, TIN 253801726301, Primary State Registration Number 317253600035721, 94 Krygina St., Vladivostok, Primorsky Krai, 690065, Russian Federation, email hello@2izi.ru, phone +7(964)444-54-00.

This consent is separate from other documents and confirmations.

The consent covers only information I actually provide in the relevant scenario, including name, phone, email, company and position, enquiry/project description, data necessary for a proposal or contract, technical information required to protect the form and evidence the interaction (IP address, time, session and consent identifiers), and other voluntarily submitted data relevant to the request.

I should not submit special-category or biometric data unless separately agreed and objectively necessary.

Processing is permitted to register and review my request, contact me regarding it, clarify project requirements, prepare an estimate/proposal/contract, enter into and perform a contract, keep related business correspondence, protect the website and evidence consent, and meet legal obligations.

This consent is not consent to advertising or marketing communications. Separate prior consent is required where the law requires it.

The Controller may collect, record, organise, store, update, retrieve, use, disclose to authorised processors, restrict, delete and destroy data using automated, non-automated or mixed means.

The Controller may engage providers of hosting, email, support, backups, security and other necessary functions subject to legal and confidentiality requirements. Disclosure to authorities is permitted where required by law.

The consent remains effective until the purpose is achieved, the relevant relationship ends, or the consent is withdrawn, unless another lawful basis requires or permits further processing or retention.

I may withdraw consent by writing to hello@2izi.ru or the Controller’s postal address. The request should include information sufficient to identify the relevant interaction. Processing based solely on consent will then stop and data will be deleted or destroyed within statutory periods unless another lawful basis remains. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before it was received.

By giving consent I confirm that I act voluntarily, have reviewed the 2IZI Personal Data Processing Policy, understand the purposes and conditions, provide accurate data or data I am authorised to provide, and understand my right to withdraw consent.

The giving of consent may be evidenced by a record in the Controller systems containing the date and time, a technical event identifier, the version of the consent text and other information reasonably required to demonstrate the user decision. Such technical records are not used for purposes incompatible with demonstrating consent, security and legal compliance.

This consent does not constitute consent to advertising, bulk promotional email, SMS, messenger campaigns or other direct marketing communications. If 2IZI introduces such communications and prior consent is legally required, that consent is requested separately.

Consent may be withdrawn by contacting hello@2izi.ru or the Controller postal address. Following withdrawal, processing based solely on consent is stopped and the relevant data is destroyed within the statutory period unless another lawful basis requires continued processing or retention.
